  2. It's 2 lb of frozen meatballs, thaw out a bit.

  4. It's 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
  5. You need 3 clove of garlic, minced.
  6. You need 10 cup of beef stock.
  7. You need 1 tsp of powdered garlic.
  8. It's 1 lb of orzo pasta.
  9. You need 14 oz of can of Italian style stewed tomatoes.
  10. Prepare 1 lb of bag frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess liquid.
  11. Prepare 1 of salt and fresh pepper to taste.
  12. Prepare 2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese to top each portion.

  1. In stock pot on medium heat add oil. Saute onions and garlic together for 3 minutes..
